What data we collect
If you fill in the calculator form: your name, phone number, consent to be contacted, the values entered in the calculator (distance, fuel consumption, system price), the result and the page language.
If you call or message us on WhatsApp: your phone number and the content of the message.
Visit statistics (Google Analytics) only if you accepted cookies in the cookie bar.
Why and on what basis
To contact you about installing an LPG system and to prepare an offer for your car.
Basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)). We do not use your data for marketing mailings.
Who else has access
Only service providers that store or process data on our behalf: Netlify (website and forms, USA), Google (Google Analytics) and Inbox.eu (email, EU). Transfers outside the EU rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
We do not sell your data or pass it to other companies for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for 12 months. If you become a customer, we keep data as long as needed for the work, the warranty and the periods required by law (e.g. accounting).
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw your consent at any time. Email info@lpgpower.lv or call +371 20 028 778.
You can lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (www.dvi.gov.lv).
Cookies
We use Google Analytics cookies only with your consent. You can change your choice at the bottom of the page under "Cookie settings".
Your browser remembers your cookie choice and that you have already sent the calculator form. This stays on your device only.
